It is a good idea to check with friends and neighbors for recommendations when you are trying to find an outstanding agent.

Agents who having started working short sales yet are being left in the dust. We help home owners avoid San Jose foreclosure with a short sale ourselves and that is pretty much all we focus on the last couple years. Thank God the lenders are finally getting better at processing and approving them!
